Unexpected Loss of Credits

In the unlikely event you believe Credits are missing from your player balance, please contact our Player Services team through the in-app form. So that they may help troubleshoot this issue, be sure to include as many details as possible in your message. The following information may be particularly helpful:

- Time and date of occurrence, including your time zone
- Number of Credits identified as missing
- Any error messages received
- Location in the game at time of event (i.e. Slots Lobby, Room Lobby, or specific slot you were playing)
