In most cases, players have not actually lost Tokens. Spinning or wagering frequently can add a lot of transactions to your Token History. If you feel you have actually lost Tokens, please reach out to Player Services. We are only able to replace Tokens for losses we can verify in a player's Token history and by researching with our developers.
If you still believe that you have not be awarded Tokens won, try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files
- Sign out and log back into your Facebook account
- Try logging into your Facebook account using an alternate web browser
When reaching out to Player Services please be sure to include the amount lost, amount bet, time, and timzone. This information will help us get an answer to you sooner.
