I think I may have lost Tokens. What do I do?

In most cases, players have not actually lost Tokens. Spinning or wagering frequently can add a lot of transactions to your Token History. Please be sure to check it here before contacting support. We are only able to replace Tokens for losses we can verify in a players Token history and by researching with our developers.

If you still believe that you have not be awarded Tokens won, try the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files
  • Sign out and log back into your Facebook account
  • Try logging into your Facebook account using an alternate web browser
