I purchased the wrong Credits package, what can I do?

Wheel of Fortune Slots Support is unable to issue direct refunds for purchases made within the app. Please read below for additional information on how to request a refund.

Apple/iOS Purchases:

Apple does not allow developers to refund purchases directly. If you would like to request a refund for a payment you had made within the Wheel of Fortune Slots mobile app, then you will need to contact Apple directly for assistance.

Android Purchases:

To submit a refund request through the Google Play store:

Go to your Google Play store account to review your in-app purchase history
Select the in-app purchase that you would like refunded
Provide the requested information for the item selected and click Submit to submit your request to Google Play support
