Lost my account/changed device

If you are having difficulties accessing your active Wheel of Fortune account, please contact our Support and include as much information regarding your account as possible, such as:

Your User ID#
Indicate whether or not you were playing as a Guest or logged in via facebook
Email associated with your Facebook profile
Any other email addresses you might've associated with your WoF account
Last date/time you were successfully logged into your WoF account
Amount of Credits and Level you had the last time you played in the account *Note if you play via Facebook First thing you should check is if you are using the correct Facebook credentials in the browser and/or Facebook app
