Lost Account/New Device

If you are having difficulties accessing your active Wheel of Fortune account, please contact our Support and include as much information regarding your account as possible, including:

- Player ID
- If connected with Facebook, the email address associated with your Facebook profile
- Any other email addresses associated with your Wheel of Fortune account, i.e. address provided to play Match 3 Sweepstakes
- Last date/time you were successfully logged in to Wheel of Fortune Slots
- Amount of Credits and Level you had the last time you played in the account

*Note: if you connect via Facebook, double check that you are using the same Facebook credentials as before.
