Game and Loading Errors

Occasionally, players may experience difficulties loading or playing slots. Generally, fully closing and then restarting the app will resolve the majority of issues. If problems continue, please submit an inquiry to our Player Services team, through the in-app form (Settings > Help > Contact Us button), and we will assist you as soon as possible.
